1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using KwikPay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About KwikPay

KwikPay is a payment platform operated by Kwik Innovations Africa Ltd (RC 9587133), enabling customers to make payments at partner venues using QR codes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use KwikPay. By using the app you confirm you are 18 or older.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PIN and account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at kwikpayapp@proton.me

5. Payments

• All payments are processed by Paystack and are subject to Paystack's terms
• KwikPay wallet funds are held securely and can be used to pay at partner venues
• Transaction fees may apply as disclosed in the app
• Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the venue and processed via Paystack

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use KwikPay to:

• Process fraudulent transactions
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

KwikPay is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if you have failed to keep your PIN secure. We are not liable for venue disputes regarding goods or services paid for using KwikPay.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
