2. How We Use Your Information

To process payments at partner venues
To maintain your transaction history
To provide customer support
To improve the KwikPay service

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paystack. Your card and bank details are handled directly by Paystack and are never stored on KwikPay servers. Paystack is PCI DSS compliant.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with industry-standard encryption. Data is stored in EU-West servers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Paystack (payment processing)
The venue you are paying at (transaction details only)

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time from the Settings screen in the KwikPay app or by emailing kwikpayapp@proton.me.
